We are a CrossFit affiliated gym, we pride ourselves in making fitness a part of our every day life. We have created a 6000sq ft workout space to allow our members the best possible opportunity to build fitness into their everyday life, this not only improves our members physical health but also their mental health. 

We want you to become the best possible you and we believe that consistent varied training is at the core of this. At Boundary we do CrossFit, CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

We use functional movements such as box jumps, burpees, rowing, pushing and pulling  to build strength as well as condition our bodies. The CrossFit method involves carrying out these functional movements at high intensity and keeping the movements constantly varied. The CrossFit program combines cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

All of our CrossFit sessions are designed to give you the best possible experience and results. We want your 1 hour session to be your best hour of the day.

Meet The Team

Team of dedicated profesionals


Stuart loves an endurance workout. He has an extensive background in the sports industry, he graduated with a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science. Since then he has worked as a full time strength & conditioning coach, as well coaching in a CrossFit gym. Stuart has a real passion and enthusiasm for CrossFit, as Head Coach he wants to ensure that everyone feels welcome and really believes that CrossFit is for all.

Owner/Head Coach - Level 2 Certificate in Fitness, CrossFit Level-1 Trainer, Crossfit Gymnastics & BWL Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting

Dave isn’t as old as he looks. He has a background in business and graduated with a BA Hons Degree in Business. He has a love for CrossFit and believes in working hard to get results. Dave believes strongly in the link between better health and fitness, both mind and body, he loves to see people improving their quality of life through fitness.

Dec is a sociable guy but sometimes worries too much about his abs. He has a sports background and loves pushing hard in CrossFit, he is always keen to learn and believes in putting in the hard work. Dec has worked as a Personal Trainer as well as a CrossFit coach. He has a keen interested in nutrition and loves to help others on their journey to improved heath and fitness.

Our Facility

Boundary operates out of a 6000 sq ft unit. We have created a great workout space with beats pumping and plenty of high fives.  We have top notch changing facilities, showers & lockers, a dedicated open gym area, a main gym floor with a freestanding 10 bay rig, we have an extensive range of gym equipment including 6 Concept 2 Ski-ergs, 6 Concept 2 Rowers and 6 Rogue Echo bikes.
We have a great reception area with the facility to check in upon arrival, we offer drinks along with healthy snacks, coffee and a chilled social area. Fuel your body with amazing healthy snacks supplied by Jule’s Kitchen.
