We are a CrossFit affiliated gym, we pride ourselves in making fitness a part of our every day life. We have created a 6000sq ft workout space to allow our members the best possible opportunity to build fitness into their everyday life, this not only improves our members physical health but also their mental health.

At Boundary we do CrossFit, CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
We use functional movements such as box jumps, burpees, rowing, pushing and pulling to build strength as well as condition our bodies. The CrossFit method involves carrying out these functional movements at high intensity and keeping the movements constantly varied. The CrossFit program combines cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
All of our CrossFit sessions are designed to give you the best possible experience and results. We want your 1 hour session to be your best hour of the day.
